When to order
Delivery in Italy: 7 days after the order confirmation.
Delivery in Europe: 2 weeks after the order confirmation.

How to order
- On every page it is possible to choose the products on the menu at the top of the page.
- If you want to order any product, you need to click on the + (plus) next to the chosen product. You can remove a product
from your trolley at any point, using the trolley menu and choosing the – (minus) next to the article you want to delete.
When you think the order is complete click on the button buy to verify your order summary and possibly correct it.
- In order to complete the order you need to login.
- Fill in the requested information for the delivery: day, delivery address, payment (transfer or credit card), eventual
notes and then click send.
- A message will arrive informing you if your order has been completed correctly and then another message will register
your order.
Payment
You can pay by bank transfer or credit card.
We accept the following credit cards:

Thanks to the modern technology we have incorporated, we are certain that the online credit card payments activated via our
website are safe.
Should a transaction on Licatafood.it experience non authorised credit card activity (highly unlikely), follow the complaint
procedure used by your credit company and contact us immediately.
In most cases the expenses resulting from unauthorised uses of the credit card are returned by the credit company.
VAT
All the prices on this website are in EURO and without VAT.
Delivery Expenses
No delivery expenses for Italy, for orders of more than 12 cartons.

You can put inside all the products you want, even if they are all different.
While you browse through the virtual shelves, you can keep the chosen products in the trolley
for a possible order.
You can control the trolley’s contents at any time and from any page on the site.
If you find something you want to buy, you need to click on the + (plus) next to the product. You can remove an article by
clicking on the – (minus) next to the product.
If you decide to buy all or some of the products in your trolley, first of all you need to be sure that all the products you
don’t want to buy have been removed, and that you have specified the quantities for each item.
Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is valid only at the time of delivery. Any abnormality found in the delivery must be reported in
the receipt form and directly reported to us by fax or email within 5 days.
